Description
The team would like to integrate the noise propagation tool, RAINDROP, into the existing DT platform. The tool currently accepts multiple data inputs from EMODNET, Copernicus, and AIS, but additional sources, such as the location of offshore wind farms or marine protection areas with regulated noise levels, could also be included. RAINDROP models sound pressure levels in real time at any location where data is available. The team aims to enhance the acoustic DT by integrating it into a visualisation platform and incorporating new input data sources.
