SemFlow is a new knowledge management tool. A collaborative web app for ontology creation, fostering cross-domain functionality, enabling users to collectively build structured knowledge frameworks. SemFlow offers an online co-creation environment allowing thematic domain experts, IT developers, IoT hardware providers, EO experts to easily organise online learning assets using a visual canvas.Knowledge is awareness - a familiarity of someone or something - ranging from facts (descriptive knowledge), skills (procedural knowledge), or objects (acquaintance knowledge), often contributing to understanding. By most accounts, knowledge can be produced in many different ways and from many sources, including but not limited to perception, reason, memory, testimony, scientific inquiry, education, and practice. By utilising Large Natural Language Modelling (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) on a corpus of thematic knowledge, SemFlow may be used to create a common vocabulary to "talk the same language" when combining diverse, heterogeneous data sources in creating decision-ready information to address societal challenges.
