This activity relates to the "Involvement of fisheries firms in digital communitythe use of satellite data in specific services" provide by NIMRD in two days. The objective of the training is to enhance the understanding on Earth/Ocean observations applications for fisheries and aquaculture, to improve the forecasts in this regard.

In the first training the discussion goes beyond the response to the question: WHERE IS THE FISH?, the themes for the present trainig will include information on the role of Earth Observations for regional environmental conditions’ prediction associated with economic benefits of fish harvesting and best associated practises of EO new technologies including EO data access and EO data applications, in this direction, with certain case studies of the CMEMS’ downstream services in the region of the Black Sea.

The themes for the second trainig include information on the role of Earth Observations for regional environmental conditions’ prediction asociated with efforts for fish/bivalves harvesting and best associated practises: EO data access and EO data applications, in tis regars, with certain cases of exemplification in the region of the Black Sea.
